Returns & Exchanges

Altiora pieces are produced in limited quantities and released deliberately.
For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, preference, or normal variation in materials.


Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this window may not be reviewed.

To be eligible for consideration:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • The issue must be related to a manufacturing defect, not wear, aging, or patina

If approved, we will offer an exchange at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet these standards.


How to Submit a Request

Please contact us at team@altiora.co with the following information:

  1. Order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Description of the issue

  4. Clear video showing the affected area

All requests are reviewed individually.


Wear, Aging & Variations

Our products are made from natural materials.
Subtle variations in grain, texture, and finish are inherent and intentional.

Scratches, softening, darkening, and patina that develop through use are not defects.


Incorrect or Damaged Items in Transit

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so the matter can be reviewed.


Sale Items & Final Releases

All sale items, limited releases, and promotional purchases are final sale.

Gift cards are non-refundable.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU consumer law.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Processing (EU Only)

If a return is approved under EU regulations, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
